API for Cycle Section Head / Tail ???

I'm new into Revit API.

There is any method to access the function Cycle Section Head / Tail from Revit?

I was thinking is something like at datum elements, but are different classes. For levels and grids is possible to hide quickly the end bubble. But for the sections should be other method.

Any suggestion? Thanks.
