Parameter SHAPE for rebar

I have find next problem:

• If used English template file and change some rebar parameters that the parameter “Shape” is change also (see picture below)

Initial definition  – Shape is M_00

After change parameter HOOK AT START that parameter SHAPE is change also - Rebar Shape 1 now

- if used RUSSIAN TEMPLATE that situation other

Initial definition  - Shape "1"

After change some parameters – the Shape is same “1”.

So, question:

why in russian template parameter SHAPE not change, but in english template parameter SHAPE is change and we have new rebar form ?
