Re: Placing views on sheet exactly

I do the following workflow:

- Draw a series of Red 2D lines extending so they align to certain points on the titleblock and the plan (if there are gridlines on the views, this is easy)

- Make a group

- Paste > Align to Selected Views

- Adjust the views on the sheet to align to your 2D lines in your group

- Delete all the lines in the group, then the group will dissappear from all your sheets.

In my experience, best practice is to never move the titleblock when you make a new sheet, this way you never have to adjust the location of the titleblocks and this fuction will always work because things remain aligned in the same place (also if you change multiple sheet sizes later, it will remain aligned).

If you have already moved some of your titleblocks, it can be easier to make new sheets for each, follow the workflow above, and drag your old views onto the new sheets, then delete the old blank sheets.
