All the units in Revit are calculated related to Feet. So in your case to convert the unit "Volt" you have to divide it by 0.3048 and to conver the unit "Amp" you have to divide it again by 0.3048 so to convert 180 VA it will be (180/0.3048^2) = 1937.50387500775 Feet
