Dear Rana,
I just noticed this thread of yours, and also your comment on The Building Coder requesting the same:
[Q] I would like to know if it is possible to get access to the list of all materials available in Revit with their Thermal Properties (thermal conductivity, density, etc.), in a text format?
Could it be done via writing codes?
[A] You can definitely access and export to text all the materials.
Look at The Building Topic group on Material Management and Libraries:

I believe full access to their thermal properties is also provided:
http://thebuildingcoder.typepad.com/blog/2013/03/whats-new-in-the-revit-2013-api.html
> Physical Properties > Thermal properties
> Material assets > ThermalAsset – contains thermal properties that can be set on materials via PropertySetElement and SetMaterialAspectByPropertySet()
If you are a begiinner with the Revit API, please work through the getting started material before doing anything else or asking any other questions, especially the DevTV and My First Revit Plugin tutorials:

Good luck and have fun!
Cheers,
Jeremy
